New Nuclear Policy- President Obama  has tried to do, and he said on Monday that he would become a nuclear strategy of the United States reviewed and substantially narrow the circumstances that the United States feel is suitable for the use of nuclear weapons. Classifieds may be afraid because many think that we have reduced the use of nuclear bombs and they will only be used in dramatic situations. When are they now? And if someone uses it to us first?
